Most packages arrive within 3-7 business days after dispatch.

🌍 International Shipping

International orders are shipped with tracked service.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination and the order’s weight.

Delivery times vary by country and customs processing - most arrive within 7-21 business days.

🛃 Import Duties & Customs

Import duties, taxes, or customs fees (if any) are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the postage fee.  For specifics, contact the local customs office. Customs issues and regulations are outside the control of the postage service. 

We do not mark parcels as gifts or declare lower values.

⏎ Return Policy 

We do not accept returns. All sales are final.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will gladly make it right.

We cannot accept returns for:

• Change of mind

• Preference-based reasons

• Mystery box contents

• Opened or used items

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
